  • High Heels Dance is a mix of elegance, physical strength, feminine energy, confidence and self expression. To be able to dance in heels, you need to have body control and muscle strength, to execute different movements while keeping balance in heels. When I wear high heels, it gives me a feeling of joy and confidence. My posture changes, I walk, move and feel different.
    • Heels dance is an amazing class to work on your feminine energy. Wearing high heels accentuates the beautiful lines and curves of your body. The movements become more elegant and sensual. The self expression begins even before the dance class, when you prepare your dance outfit. What you can wear for a heels class is so varios! During the improvisation moment in the choreography, you have time to dance and show your authentic energy and movements. Dancing gave me the liberty of flying without wings. High Heels Dance made me confident and attractive in all senses woman.

•My youngest student was 17 years old and my oldest over 40 years old.I don’t recommend very young girls to start this dance, because their feet are still developing. When you come to any dance classes, please be conscious and aware of your physical capacities. If you have any medical restrictions, communicate with your doctor first about your decision to try a dance class. During a heels dance class, we work on our cardio, endurance, muscle strength and coordination. Doing all that in heels makes this dance style very physically demanding.

•Yes, most of my dance students have never danced before. My heels dance classes for beginners are made of special exercises that help you to gain body awareness and control.

• I’m not only teaching the Heels Dance, I teach how to dance, hear the music, how to improvise and many more. My program and warm up is made of special exercises that teach women how to move, even if they have never danced before. Dance is a body language. When you start to learn a new language, you begin with learning an alphabet, then learn words and finally create sentences. Also, I use various choices of the songs during my class and my students enjoy my music choice. Finally, I have a supportive, carrying, but at the same time disciplined and demanding teaching approach.

• One of my favorite things about the heels dance is that you have so many options of what to wear. Tops, t-shirts, crop tops, shorts, leggings, skirts with shorts, one pieces, bodysuits, cargo pants and the list go on. You create your own look!  Also, you need to buy knee pads, for the movements on the floor. On Amazon, you could find great options. You only need to write “knee pads for dancing”.As well in the store “Sport Expert” to buy in person. If you don’t know which one to choose – message me and it will be a pleasure for me to help you. Don’t forget your bottle of water to stay hydrated during the class.

One thing that I don’t find appropriate at my dance classes – is to wear only lingerie. I understand that in today’s world self expression without borders is popular, but still, some intimate moments and outfits, you can keep it for your personal projects and your significant other.

Na platform, stable heel Stiletto shape. The height of the heels that I recommend should be between 8.5cm and 10cm. If you are a beginner in heels, 8.5cm is a good start for you. However, you can use a heel even lower than that for personal or medical reasons.

  • My mother was a dance teacher in Moldova and when I was young, I went to her dance class all the time and I watched as she taught kids and adults.I believe these were the first moments that planted a seed in my subconscious.
  • I have 20 years of dancing experience and I learned different dance styles such as ballet,  contemporary, tap dance, hip-hop, waacking, popping, jazz funk, tango and high heels. Also, I have 4 years of experience in competitive sports such as Cheerleading and Aerial Hoop, which build my acrobatic skills. I had over 20 different coaches and teachers who trained me. They all had different approaches and shared different valuable information. 
  • The important moment in my life happened when I decided to explore and train on my own. I was renting dance/acrobatic studios, learning new movements from different dance styles, creating the choreographies for myself, analyzing what I do, of what the movements are composed. That developed my conscious training and brought me to where I am today. 
  • Finally, what inspired me to teach dance is that I realized how dance classes positively changed my life. I became more confident, disciplined, healthier mentally and physically and the most important I fell in love with my body. During my teenage years, I faced bullying because of my physical appearance. I also had a hard time adapting to my new life in Canada as a young immigrant. Dance classes and Cheerleading practices were my anchor during those challenging life moments. I believe that dancing can positively impact your life, supports you during challenging life moments, improves your social skills and most importantly discover how beautiful and unique you are.

Since my teenage years, I’ve started to use dancing as a time for me to disconnect from my day to day reality, express my feelings and emotions through the art of dance.

Dancing builded my discipline, physical endurance and mental strength. It helped me to accept my appearance and improved my self awareness. Dance classes helped me to overcome my shyness, self doubts and fueled my confidence. I’ve met a lot of amazing people all over the world, because dance is an international language.
